Recommendations are for planning purposes only and do not replace pesticide labels. Always read and follow the label before applying any pesticide. Registrations vary by state.
Apple, peach, and cherry recommendations are sourced from the New England Tree Fruit Management Guide (UMass, UVM & UMaine Extension) and interpreted using AI. Blueberry recommendations are sourced from the Rutgers E265 guide. Always consult the original guide and your local extension service.

Your sprayer's calibrated output per sprayed acre. Recorded for reference and used in actual-vs-target comparisons. Not used to calculate product totals on this form.
Total gallons sprayed in this application. Optional but recommended — when provided, Pomona uses it to compute total product applied and to flag if your actual GPA drifted from target.
Total width of orchard floor treated per row, in feet. Double-sided boom (2 ft each side, one pass) = 4. Single-sided boom (2 ft, two passes) = 4. Combined with row spacing, Pomona uses this to calculate what fraction of the orchard floor is treated and adjusts chemical rates accordingly.
No times, wind or temperature here: those are filled in when each pass is logged.

Enter your sprayer's calibrated output per sprayed acre (from your catch test). Pomona converts this to an orchard-acre GPA for water and tank calculations.

Spray records
Require ‘What is it for?’ on every product
For Eco Apple and other certified growers. Each product on a spray or job needs a pest or a purpose before it can be added, and older sprays show which lines have no target recorded.
My farm sprays alternate middles
Odd and Even passes: every other middle now, the rest on a second pass. When off, every spray covers every middle and the Odd / Even, Alt and Set all middles choices are hidden in New Entry, Plan a job, the map and the job board. Old records keep showing what they say.
Operation Type
Choose what kind of operation you run. Grazing mode adds animal groups, grazing rotation tracking, and rest-period countdowns to the map.

Block Coloring
Choose how blocks are filled on the map. Crop gives every apple block one color, every peach block another — good for seeing your orchard by fruit type. Variety gives each variety its own color (strains of the same variety share it), so you can tell Honeycrisp from Gala at a glance. You can also switch this from the map itself. Best for orchards mapped one variety per block — a block with several varieties is shown in its primary varietyβs color only.
